Eurotunnel FAQs

What does my Eurotunnel crossing price include?
The price you are quoted is for all passengers in your vehicle including the driver. If you have added a pet, this will also be included in the price.
Is a cabin included?
There is no onboard accommodation.
Are meals included?
No. There are no on-board cafés, bars or restaurants. There is a buffet car, but as this is a quick journey it may not be worth your time queueing. We recommend you bring your own food, snacks and drinks with you, or have some food at the terminal building if you have time before boarding.
Are there toilets on board?
There are a limited number of toilets at the ends of the train carriages, but at peak times there can be queues so it may be easier to use the toilet facilities in the terminal building before boarding the train.
Can my pet travel with Eurotunnel?
You can take your cat or dog on your Eurotunnel crossings. When you select your preferred route, simply select the number of dogs or cats that you are travelling with. See our pet booking page for more information.
